Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully. When booking with Big Daddy Bucks Parties, it is assumed that the customer acknowledges our terms and conditions and agrees to the terms outlined below.

General Terms And Conditions

A valid, government issued form of ID must be produced at the time of booking. All bookings must be made by someone over the age of 18 years.
All activities advertised on Big Daddy Bucks Parties packages are based on availability.
In the event that a vendor is fully booked for activities, transport, entertainment etc., we will substitute for another similar activity, transport or entertainment option at no extra cost.
Venues may refuse access if passengers are unable to present evidence of identification or appear intoxicated. This is at the discretion of the venue and no refunds will be issued in such instances.
We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary in the event that a venue, activity, transportation provider or entertainment provider becomes unavailable. Clients will be notified of itinerary changes. Extra charges do not apply for changes to the itinerary made by Big Daddy Bucks Parties. Additional charges may apply for customer requested itinerary changes.
Guests are expected to behave appropriately when visiting venues and using transportation or entertainment services. Big Daddy Bucks Parties maintains close relationships with our tour partners and suppliers. Misconduct that negatively impacts our suppliers or the reputation of Big Daddy Bucks Parties may result in guests being suspended from future bookings.
Fines incurred for failing to wear seatbelts where applicable must be paid by the guests.

Pick Up & Tour Conduct Conditions

Pick up and drop off locations must be confirmed a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the booking date.
Guests must be at the nominated pickup point at the agreed time. Late arrivals can result in delays to the itinerary and may result in bookings being cancelled by venues, activities, transportation providers or entertainment providers due to no shows. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Guests must be aware of time management in regard to stops along the way, including unplanned bathroom stops, food stops, smoke breaks etc. If additional stops result in delays to the itinerary or a booking being cancelled, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds apply for delays caused by the lateness of guests. Venues, activities, entertainment providers and other suppliers reserve the right to refuse entry or service if the group is late.
It is the responsibility of guests to inform venues, transportation providers, activities and entertainment providers of any late arrivals.
Smoking is not permitted in vehicles or inside venues, including the use of e cigarettes and vapes.
No BYO food or drink is permitted in venues.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to venues, activities, transportation or other services.
The customer acknowledges that transport companies and other suppliers may require a non refundable deposit or bond.
Big Daddy Bucks Parties, transport companies, venues and entertainment providers will not accept obnoxious, aggressive or intoxicated behaviour that may disrupt their services.
No refunds will be given if a tour or service is stopped as a result of severe customer misconduct.
Big Daddy Bucks Parties may require a non refundable deposit or bond. The amount will vary depending on the package selected and the suppliers involved.
It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarise themselves with and abide by the terms and conditions of any third party transport companies, venues, activities and entertainment providers involved in their booking.

Adult Entertainment

All adult entertainment is subject to entertainer availability and confirmation.
All customers and guests must be 18 years of age or older to participate in or attend adult entertainment services.
Waitressing services have a minimum booking duration of 2 hours.
For groups of more than 10 guests, a minimum of 2 waitresses is required.
An XXX show has a duration of 20 minutes unless otherwise specified in writing.
Where adult entertainment is included on a party bus, the entertainment must take place on a party bus that provides sufficient space for the entertainer to safely perform.
Entertainers cannot perform in unsuitable locations, public areas or venues where the venue does not permit the entertainment.
Travel fees for entertainers are not included in quoted package prices unless specifically stated. Travel fees vary depending on the entertainer and their location. Big Daddy Bucks Parties will advise the customer of the applicable travel fees for each entertainer prior to confirming the entertainment, allowing the customer to choose an entertainer based on the total cost.
Once an entertainer has been selected and confirmed, the applicable entertainer terms, deposits and cancellation conditions may also apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all guests behave respectfully towards entertainers. Harassment, inappropriate physical contact, aggressive behaviour or refusal to follow an entertainer's instructions may result in the entertainment being terminated immediately without refund.
Entertainers reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if they feel unsafe or if guests are excessively intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. No refunds will be provided where entertainment is terminated due to guest behaviour.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
A deposit is required to secure a booking date. Our dates are in high demand and a booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been made and proof of payment provided. The amount of the non refundable deposit or bond may vary depending on the package selected.
Full payment must be made for Private Tours a minimum of 10 days prior to the package date. This allows sufficient time to confirm and pre pay suppliers.
We accept Electronic Fund Transfer Payments (EFT).
Any additional supplier charges, including entertainer travel fees, will be advised to the customer before the relevant service is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are non refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email for us to process a refund where applicable, less any security deposits, entertainment fees, transport costs, vendor payments or other non refundable amounts already paid.
A 50% refund is issued for bookings cancelled up to 7 days before the booking date where the full amount has already been paid, less any security deposits, entertainment, transport, vendor or other non refundable costs already incurred.
No refund is issued for bookings cancelled within 7 days of the confirmed booking date.
Our packages are in high demand and cancellations can result in significant administration, transport, entertainment and supplier costs.
Refunds are usually processed via OSKO but may take 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
Dates and times cannot be swapped. A $150 rebooking fee applies to package bookings that need to change dates. This covers administration costs and any cancellation fees charged by entertainment providers, transport companies or other suppliers.
Reduced numbers in group bookings will not be refunded unless advised at least 2 weeks prior to the tour date. When reducing numbers, the passenger count must remain above the minimum passenger number for the selected package.
Numbers cannot be reduced after bookings with venues, activities, transport providers or entertainment providers have been made where those suppliers charge based on the original booking numbers.

It is the guests' responsibility to contact entertainment providers, transport companies, venues and other suppliers regarding any late arrivals.

Overtime Policy

A full day tour is 6 hours from pickup time. For example, a 10am pickup would ordinarily finish at 4pm unless otherwise agreed between Big Daddy Bucks Parties and the customer.
Overtime charges begin after 6 hours from the tour pickup time and are charged at $250 per hour, plus any applicable overtime rates charged by vendors or suppliers included in the selected package.
Guests are encouraged to use toilets at venues wherever possible to avoid unnecessary stops that may reduce tour time.
Additional unplanned stops, including McDonald's, smoke breaks and bottle shop stops, are only permitted at the discretion of the driver. If unplanned stops cause the group to arrive late at a venue, activity or entertainment booking, no refund will be provided.

Cleanliness & Damage Policy

Vehicles and/or venues left in an excessively unclean condition at the end of the booking may attract cleaning fees. Depending on the severity of the mess, cleaning fees may range from $80 to $1,000.
Whether passengers are permitted to eat and drink onboard vehicles is at the discretion of the transport provider. If permitted, guests are expected to do so responsibly and avoid spills or excessive mess.
Smoking in any vehicle will result in the loss of any applicable security deposit paid to Big Daddy Bucks Parties and/or the transport company. This is due to the vehicle potentially requiring ozone treatment and full detailing.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to tour vehicles.
An additional $500 administration and transport charge, on top of repair costs, may apply where a tour vehicle requires cosmetic repairs as a result of guest damage.
